Terms and Conditions

1. For the best supervision of your children, a nanny will care for the children of one customer only and can handle maximum 2 children.
2. The working schedule of our nannies  is flexible and the customer can discuss this directly with our nanny on a daily basis.
3. Our nannies  have  a “  Nanny Record Sheet “ , on  which  the  hours  of  nanny  services  will  be  registered, the customer and nanny will sign it every day the nanny finish works, to enable  Bali employment & nanny service  to  calculate  the  final  invoice.
4. You will have the same nanny available to you for the duration of your booking. In case it doesn’t work out with a particular nanny for whatever reason, all you need to do is contact us and we will get you a suitable replacement as soon as possible.
5. We can provide nannies/babysitters for any amount of time for anytime of the day or night that you might need.
6. Our nanny service is available at tourist places in Bali such as Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak, Canngu, Nusa dua, Kerobokan, Jimbaran and Ubud.
7. Please do not contact any nanny provided by us to employ them directly without discussing the booking with us first and also you are not allowed to pass on details of our nannies to other person or family.
